Α) The Museum of Medicine of the University of Crete offers a series of Educational Activities for Primary School Students, with a duration of 75 minutes, which are the following:
  1. "From the garden of herbs to the workshop of remedies. Workshop of experiential creation and expression"
  2. "Experiential artistic workshop of creative expression regarding the medicinal aromatic plants of Crete"
  3. "Getting to know medicinal plants: Creative educational games"
  4. "A journey into the past: an educational game about medicinal plants from traditional medicine to medical science"
  5. "Workshop of young doctors: Medical Objects and their stories"
  6. "Workshop of Hygiene and Protection" "Little Researcher's Workshop - Getting to know your body: Game of Anatomy"
  7. "Host on defense: A simulation game about biological functions"
  8. "Quiz: Biognosis"
Β) The Museum of Medicine of the University of Crete offers a series of Educational Activities for Secondary School Students, with a duration of 90 minutes, which are the following:
  • "From the garden of herbs to the workshop of remedies. Workshop of experiential creation and expression"
  • "Host on defense: A simulation game about biological functions"
  • "Physicians and Patients: Medical Objects and their Stories"
Educational activities in english
The Museum of Medicine of the University of Crete proceeds in implementing selected educational activities in English for elementary and secondary school students. The educational visit includes a guided tour of the Museum of Medicine with a short presentation and, also, educational activities in English. (duration of total visit for a) primary school students: 75 minutes b) secondary school students: 90 minutes)
